To vertically center in Word 2010 do this...
Either select the text you want to center or before you type your text
perform the following key strokes.

Alt P followed by s and P. Then do an alt v.

Sorry Diane, all new members are automatically placed on moderated status by
the server which is the way I personally set it. I noticed you subscribe the
other day and did recognize your email address, I just didn't get around to
taking you off of moderated status as of yet. I will shortly and you will be
free to post without waiting for managerial approval so to speak.

This is done for the protection of list members not receiving Spam messages
from people who join up and then blast the list before leaving like theaves
in the night. In this manner only the 3 of us get those messages and
dispense with them in our own way.

Also as a reminder to everybody attachments are not permitted on here, the
server stripps them off before forwarding the message to the list.

2013-10-09 Thread Martin Blackwell
Actually when centering a line of text you don't have to highlight the line.
Just put the cursor anywhere in the line and CTRL+E will center the whole
thing. Centering is considered paragraph formatting (like line spacing and
the like) so it applies to the whole paragraph the cursor is in.
