[JAWS-Users] collapsed messages outlook express

2009-10-09 Thread Lenny McHugh
I have a reoccurring problem where messages are being reported as collapsed
in outlook express. When I go to options and under the read tab the expand
messages is unchecked. Any ideas why this particular setting periodically
becomes unchecked?

Did you press the OK button. I'm having no problems.

Not sure what you mean. For example I have had no problems for the last two
weeks or so. This morning I checked the mail with no problems. I now turned
on the computer and messages are being reported as collapsed. When I checked
the expand all messages is now unchecked. I checked it and things are back
to normal. What causes it to become unchecked?
