To those who responded, thank you for the responses. My main issue after Carlos sent two pairs of steps was finding eye balls.
This morning, I was on the phone with tech support and he tried helping me by telling me the steps but we were unsuccessful. We made it as far as to select configuration but after that he couldn't assist as all laptops are different. I was on the phone with him for 3 hours and it got to the point where he pretty much gave up and hung up lol. The steps I performed were the steps that had a button I had to press before starting the machine, so that took a while as I couldn't find a dam paper clip. Also, I kept looking on the wrong side which was the other side instead of by the power button where it was located. So, after the initial call with the tech support, I had nobody around who could've assisted me so I contacted the be my eyes ap from my phone. The first person, she successfully helped me however, my wireless was turned off, so I went back in and tried to figure out with her help on how to resolve the wireless issue but her boy friend came in and she had to go. I hit up the app again and that time I was successful with disabling the key with assistance from a volunteer. Again, thanks to all who responded, now I need to figure out which bloat ware to remove, as I am unsure of what any of this is lol.
