George, just a guess, but if you choose the third option, copy, and then paste
the result into a browser's "open" field, you might get the alt-n options,
including save and open.

Hello all,
I have been emailed a link to access an MP3 recorded webinar.
How do I download the MP3 instead of activating and listening to the MP3?
When I right click on the link in the email the only 3 choices I get are
Select, open, or copy hyperlink.
