Hi Iram,

Do you get the same behavior if you use the, F5 key, when checking for new 
messages instead of, Control + M?  Is your internet service provider 
experiencing any problems?

respected list. i am using window 7 64 bit with jaws 16. i am using outlook 
express 6 as e mail client. it worked well. but a few days ago a strange 
problem occured when the mails downloaded by pressing control m it 
downloaded 1 by 1. where as it used to download more than 100. it has a 
great problem. kindly help. regards
