Sugar, 1. Which operating system are you using? 2. Which version of Jaws do you have? 3. Finally, what are you using to read your e-mail? If you are using Microsoft Outlook, the problem is simple enough. But if you are using ILM, that might require a bit more manipulation. 4. Are there certain e-mail messages that are going to your Junk folder that you don't want to go there? If that's the case, with most decent e-mail programs, you can set things up so that the sender is not treated as Spam. I see not the stars, yet their majesty guides me.
