Hi everyone, I'm helping someone to solve a minor problem and I'm using Jaws Tandem to gain access to their computer. However, at the point where I'm supposed to receive the special code to which I have to give the other person so that they can create the connection, I keep getting an error message that says, "Meeting not allowed. The cereal number is not allowed to connect. Please contact customer service for assistance." This is the first time that either of us have ever tried using Jaws tandem so we're not all that familiar with it. Have any of you ever received this error message when trying to connect to someone's computer via tandem? Why is jaws giving me this message? Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
