Hi Sugar,

To remove the protected view from a document, do this:

1. Highlight the document in question.
2. press the Applications key and click on Properties.
3. In the General Tab, tab down until you hear "Unblock" and click on this.

Now, open the document, and it will not be in protected view anymore.
