Re: [JAWS-Users] outlook 2010 with spell check
simply spellcheck until you get to the email field. E.G., the spellchecker should say mispelled some...@someone.com and then you can know to stop. Re: [JAWS-Users] Outlook 2010 and spell check
Spell checking you can do it two ways. F seven or jaws key z and pressing shift m or m to jump from one spelling error to another. With the quick keys using jaws key z once you find the spelling error, hit your windows application key and arrow up and down to find the correct spelling. Once you made the correction, to continue spell checking, you must activate the quick keys with jaws key z an repeat what I stated earlier with the m and shift m along with the applications key. Please keep in mind the spell checking method I noted here are not exclusive to 2010 because you can do the same in 07. Peace~! Re: [JAWS-Users] outlook 2010 with spell check
Hello Diane, There are a couple ways you can accomplish what you want to do. After typing your message, select from the end of the message you type to the top of the message and use function key 7. Only the selected text will be checked for misspellings. You will get a dialog box asking you if you want to continue checking the rest of your message and you can answer no. You can also change an option that will cause the spell checker to ignore forwarded and replied to messages. When focus is in the list of messages, use Alt+F, and then use up arrow key until you find the options choice. Press enter key. In the list of option categories use down arrow key to the mail category. Use tab key about five times to a checkbox for ignoring original text in a forwarded or replied to message. Use spacebar to check the box. Press enter key after checking the box with the spacebar. Take care.
