Let's start with the basics. Do you have paper in the printer? Is the paper loaded properly? What is the status of the ink or toner? How often do you print? If you have an ink jet printer, and you haven't printed in a while, the cartridge may have dried out, and may need to be replaced. Hi Marie, I had a similar problem, printer would not print. I had to clear the printer jobs which were causing the printer to malfunction,.
