[JAWS-Users] question on deleting an email in outlook

You can use control d to do this without first closing the message. C J, my fix is to close the message by hitting ESCAPE, then hitting DELETE. It's only 1 extra keystroke, and I was already doing it most of the time back in the good old days of Outlook Express.
