My experience is that while AMAZON whill enforce the return garuntee as well as keeping the delivery date, it is often better to click on the link to contact the seller directly. I haven't tried that in a couple months, but you have two options. If you're having problems with the pop-up menu, have you tried their screen-reader site www.amazon.com/access As I recall, when you highlight the item you want to return, there is/was a combobox where you select the reason. Then, you hit continue. You'll be taken to a page where you can print out the return label.
