Here you go, Larry.

OUTLOOK EXPRESS, DISPLAYING THE BCC FIELD:
While in any message body, pressing the Alt B key will display the BCC 
field.  This field appears directly below the CC field and is not visible in 
the default setting for Outlook Express.

SETTING THE BCC FIELD FOR PERMANENT DISPLAY:
1.  Press Alt V for the View menu.
2.	2.  The All Headers option should be the first one in this list.  Press 
the Enter key on that option and the BCC field will be displayed at all 
times.

Hi there, To get all headers in the message window, go to View the select 
All Headers, that should fix your issue.

Alt + b in a new or forward or reply message will toggle the BBC on and off.

Howdy SeƱor Stansifer;

1. Open a new message.
2. Press Alt + V for the view menu.
3. Press enter on All Headers or just press the letter  A .
For using the BCC field temporarily press Alt + B in an open message.  The 
Alt + B keystroke will work as a toggle when using it this way.  Hope this

Start composing a new message and press alt+b
and it will be there. another press of alt+b will turn it off again though.
