Why is this then folks? Does JAWS consider bluetooth-enabled devices a
change in hardware such that the locking code is altered? I don't get this
problem when using my bluetooth-enabled mobile phone as a modem. Please
advise. Thanks.

Yes, I have had these two messages before after trying to pair a
Bluetooth
head set. I managed to get my authorisation back by restarting my computer
but a second time this happened, I had to use another key.
