Re: [JAWS-Users] next: button unavailable
Tom, do you have to type the new password and then again to confirm the change before typing in the security code? if so, the new and confirmation don't exactly match, probably due to a missing letter, number or character. try again and make sure the password and confirmation match before typing the security code. - Original Message - From: Tom Clary tclar...@gmail.com To: jaws-users-list jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Sent: Saturday, November 29, 2014 7:38 AM Subject: [JAWS-Users] next: button unavailable i'm on my father's pc, and i'm trying to reset a email password, but after i enter the security code, and go to the next button, it says next button unavailable. what does this mean, and can anyone tell me how to stop this? jaws 12 For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/

we are talking about a web based email account, or is it a client (like Thunderbird, Windows live Mail, etc? I don't quite understand. you want to change the password on your dad's email account. after you login, and eventually get to the button/link to change the password, you have to enter the same password as you did when you first logged in to verify it's you? if I'm wrong, please explain so I can understand better. - Original Message - From: Tom Clary tclar...@gmail.com To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Sent: Saturday, November 29, 2014 12:10 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] next: button unavailable this is the code i have to enter to verify it's my account, before it lets me go to the page to put in a new password On 11/29/14, Mario Brusco mrb...@hotmail.com wrote: Tom, do you have to type the new password and then again to confirm the change before typing in the security code? if so, the new and confirmation don't exactly match, probably due to a missing letter, number or character. try again and make sure the password and confirmation match before typing the security code. - Original Message - From: Tom Clary tclar...@gmail.com To: jaws-users-list jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Sent: Saturday, November 29, 2014 7:38 AM Subject: [JAWS-Users] next: button unavailable i'm on my father's pc, and i'm trying to reset a email password, but after i enter the security code, and go to the next button, it says next button unavailable. what does this mean, and can anyone tell me how to stop this? jaws 12 For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/

usually when a button is unavailable it means that the button has been dimmed or is grayed out, meaning something is not satisfactory/in agreement. even though I have a hotmail account, I haven't got a clue, maybe someone else can offer a suggestion. sorry. - Original Message - From: Tom Clary tclar...@gmail.com To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Sent: Saturday, November 29, 2014 5:48 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] next: button unavailable internet explorer, but not sure the version On 11/29/14, Mario Brusco mrb...@hotmail.com wrote: which browser/version?I found Internet Explorer works a bit better than Firefox when accessing Hotmail. - Original Message - From: Tom Clary tclar...@gmail.com To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Sent: Saturday, November 29, 2014 3:26 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] next: button unavailable web based, hotmail On 11/29/14, Mario Brusco mrb...@hotmail.com wrote: we are talking about a web based email account, or is it a client (like Thunderbird, Windows live Mail, etc?
