There is a webmail version, which seems to also use lotus notes as well, by accessing the mail servers, and the way you send mail is there's a toolbar at the top of the page, that you have to use the Jaws cursor to find, and there you have the reply, forward, New Memo etc., buttons. The thing is, I can see the toolbar on my desktop computer at work, but I can't see it on my laptop at home. Supposedly, the toolbar is there, according to the IT guy who looked at my laptop. Could someone tell me why it would display on my work computer and not the one given to me to telecommute? I'm using IE 6.0 on both machines, we are running the latest version of jaws, so I'm not sure what's the issue. Does anyone have any ideas? Re: [JAWS-Users] AVG question
Carlene, it appears that from doing a Google search that AVG Free 7.5 Support will end on May 31. It is recommended that all users who are currently running 7.5 upgrade to 8.0. I have tried out 8.0 under the latest build of JAWS, 9.0.2152 and think that there is some work to bbe done under AVG 8.0 to allow for the same kind of access that exist under AVG 7.5. I think that I will switch to Avast when AVG 7.5 is no longer supported. To obtain more information or to obtain Avast, please visit: http://www.Avast.com/ Thanks, Kevin -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Carlene Knight Sent: Saturday, May 10, 2008 10:44 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: [JAWS-Users] AVG question Hi: This is the last time I'm going to write about this subject. Re: [JAWS-Users] AVG Question
well, when it deleted the threats, it means it got rid of the file containing the problem. It didnt move it to the valt. You have nothing to worry about. for the people who dont know what the valt is for, its when it deletes something suspecting it was a threat, and you can use the valt to then recover the file.
