I'm not David, but go into your firewall settings and add whatever it is
that is blocked to accept it.
Or if a screen pops up when you try to access it, tab to the always accept
this rule press spacebar to accept and then you might have to tab to the
allow button and alt A, tab to ok button.

I have a question and I'm not sure if anyone would have any ideas
as
to
how
I can resolve an issue I'm having.

At work, we use Lotus notes to send/receive emails. There is a
 webmail
version, which seems to also use lotus notes as well, by accessing
 the
mail servers, and the way you send mail is there's a toolbar at
 the
 top
 of
the page, that you have to use the Jaws cursor to find, and there
 you
 have
the reply, forward, New Memo etc., buttons.

The thing is, I can see the toolbar on my desktop computer at
 work,
 but
 I
can't see it on my laptop at home. Supposedly, the toolbar is
 there,
according to the IT guy who looked at my laptop.

Could someone tell me why it would display on my work computer and
 not
 the
one given to me to telecommute?

I'm using IE 6.0 on both machines, we are running the latest
 version
 of
jaws, so I'm not sure what's the issue.

 Does anyone have any ideas?

Carlene,

it appears that from doing a Google search that AVG Free 7.5 Support will
end on May 31. It is recommended that all users who are currently running
7.5 upgrade to 8.0. I have tried out 8.0 under the latest build of JAWS,
9.0.2152 and think that there is some work to bbe done under AVG 8.0 to
allow for the same kind of access that exist under AVG 7.5.

I think that I will switch to Avast when AVG 7.5 is no longer supported. To
obtain more information or to obtain Avast, please visit:

well, when it deleted the threats, it means it got rid of the file
containing the problem. It didnt move it to the valt.
You have nothing to worry about.
for the people who dont know what the valt is for, its when it deletes
something suspecting it was a threat, and you can use the valt to then
recover the file.
