Hi Elf,

The original question was me asking if anyone knew how to havigate Charter
Webmail. I don't have any problems with my email client, Outlook Express
Charter but, I wanted to look at some settings on the charter Website /
Webmail to see if Webmail was stopping me from receiving certain emails.
So, I was asking if anyone had any tips on navigating Charter's Webmail. I
found out that it is flash based so attempting to navigate it would be damn
near impossible! However, I did make a change to in settings that made a
little easier to navigate but, accessing any messages was still impossible.
Thank you very much for your reply. Also, Marvin thank you for your input

replies as well.
Take care.

from button to button but, there are so many unlabeled number embedded
objects between lines of text that it's almost impossible to determine
exactly what you are on! It would be greatly appreciated if someone has
navigation tips to make navigating Charter webmail any easier. All help
will be graciously accepted! Thank you very much for any help.
Take care.

Mike,

In my experience, Charter Web mail is useless with JAWS. I eventually gave
up trying to work with it. I changed to Gmail.

Sorry I was no help,
Marvin

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Charter Webmail

Hi All,

Can anyone provide tips for navigating Charter webmail? I have tried with
XP / IE8, Win7 / IE10, J13 14 without success. Jaws mostly reports an
unlabeled number embedded object. I can navigate using the letter, B,
from button to button but, there are so many unlabeled number embedded
objects between lines of text that it's almost impossible to determine
exactly what you are on! It would be greatly appreciated if someone has
navigation tips to make navigating Charter webmail any easier. All help
will be graciously accepted! Thank you very much for any help.
Take care.
