Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS compatible scanning software
I asked him to write me off list to avoid from getting in trouble from bob, david, or rick, as I am unsure if it will be on topic. If anyone knows of a beginner or general scanning mailing list, pass that along, please... Is there more to just clicking scan to Microsoft word and setting the (can't remember what its called) to 300, 200 or 600? I always also select plain text hoping my snail mail will come out making sense without me trying to figure out what the mail is trying to tell me. Lol. I guess where I'm getting at in a round about way, if you could scorpeo email me off list and tell me how you scan a doc into word and how much cleaning must you do with the document after scanning. Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS compatible scanning software
Not sure I sent the last e-mail to everyone. Here it is again. There is one out there that is a good scan and read. But, you can not save documents, within it. However, you can select information, copy it to a clipboard, and paste it into a word document. I think there is another save option, too. It allows you to scan and read printed text - such as snail mail. Not fancy, but allows you to read your mail. It is called Text Cloner Pro. It is $100, instead of $1000. Go to: Readingmadeeasy.com Or do a google search for it. Anyone else out there using it?
