I purchased Norton last year and had all types of problems. Not sure who, but I was told there was a conflict with JAWS and Norton. Hi Michelle & list, I've been using norton for a couple years now. I've never had any conflicts with jaws. It's just not at all accessible. When I install I just set everything to automation. I do not recommend Norton, as it is totally inaccessible to us. I had it at first when I got my computer on recommendations of a friend who of course didn't know that and I couldn't do anything with it at all. I always had to get sighted help.
