I'd recommend to you all, Mozilla Firefox! It's free, more secure than IE, and, of course, works with the major screen readers! Get it at www.mozilla.com. Hope that helps. - Original Message - From: Rick Harmon [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Sent: Monday, August 06, 2007 2:56 AM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] safari web browser At this time none of the windows based screen readers works at all with safari. Re: [JAWS-Users] safari web browser
Geoff and all, I then suggest you contact the accessibility team at Apple (I shall give you the e-mail address if anyone wants it) and comment your findings to them. They seem to be very willing to improve the accessibility of products, at least for their mac products anyway. Good luck! - Original Message - From: Jeffrey Shockley [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Sent: Monday, August 06, 2007 2:45 AM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] safari web browser Hi, I downloaded it and installed it, but it was completely unaccessible even by using the JAWS and invisible cursors to navigate around the application.
