Hi, thanks for your reply. do you know how I would set gmail on the web to put messages from certain groups into folders automatically? Re: [JAWS-Users] Windows Live Mail 2011 and attachments
Cathie, someone on another list told me how to label the graphic for an attachment so now JAWS does announce attachments for me. The latest build of JAWS 13 also announces if a message is unread, although now that I understand the graphics labeling routine, a person could label that if they are not using the most recent version of JAWS. I get this problem also and have ever since using WLM it is my main bugbear with the programme which otherwise I like – another is that you can’t look at addresses and find out how they are spelt as you could with OE – or am I wrong? I am running windows 7, jaws 12, latest update, and office 2007 on a 64 bit machine. I am posting this here, because I'm not sure if my problem is a jaws issue, or a Microsoft one. Sometimes, in Windows live mail, 2011, I get a message that says, an unknown error has occurred. Windows live mail cannot open this message, please try again. So I do, and most of the time, it works the second time, but sometimes, that message just won't open at all. That is annoying, because what if it were important? Secondly, sometimes a message just won't delete. I know that shift delete will delete it, but you should be able to just hit delete to get rid of it. Is there a way to fix either, or both of these problems?
