Initial Comment:
The embedded Tomcat5 bundle uses the server.xml file 
to load configuration instead of heaving it in an attribute 
as in Tomcat 4.
Consequently, I was unable to override tomcat's 
connector port settings with the 
ServiceBindingManager...

This has been fixed using the XSLTFileDelegate patch for
3.2.4RC1.
