How to define sql-type and jdbc-type with xdoclet in relations?
The result should look like this:

  | <ejb-relation>
  |       <ejb-relation-name>Account -> Profile</ejb-relation-name>
  |
  | <ejb-relationship-role>
  |
<ejb-relationship-role-name>Account-has-Profile</ejb-relationship-role-name>
  | <fk-constraint>true</fk-constraint>
  | <key-fields/>
  |
  | </ejb-relationship-role>
  | <ejb-relationship-role>
  | <ejb-relationship-role-name>Profile has
Account</ejb-relationship-role-name>
  | <key-fields>
  | <key-field>
  | <field-name>id</field-name>
  | <column-name>profileFK</column-name>
  | <jdbc-type>INTEGER</jdbc-type>
  | <sql-type>INTEGER</sql-type>
  | </key-field>
  | </key-fields>
  |
  | </ejb-relationship-role>
  | </ejb-relation>
