Its the same as any other JNI code. The only issue is that the jar that loads the shared library for the native code cannot be redeployed. I have not really looked into if this is a limitation of the JNI layer, or a JBoss class loading issue. Hm...any ideas on how we might handle things like the -Xhprof argument, which has to be specified on JVM initalization?
