See my reply on the other thread you opened on this. Besides that, you can't use Sun's SAAJ implementation directly on JBoss AS with JBossWS-Native. If you really want to get rid of jbossws-native-saaj anyway, you can try JBossWS-CXF and/or JBossWS-Metro.
