I am having this same problem. It is possible to run studio creator 2 
applicaitons in JBOSS, it's just that if you try to put seam it throughs a lot 
of exceptions

[JBoss-user] [JBoss Seam] - Configuring Seam for a Sun JavaStudio Creator 2 application

Hi
   I want to configure seam to run with a sun java studio creator 2 
application, with EJB3 and hibernate on JBOSS 4.0.4 GA with EJB3 configuration. 
Has any one done this before, if so i would appreciate some help on it.

   Is it possible to intergrate hibernate 3 beta 1 into jboss 4. I think the 
Jboss-hibernate.jar still contains the old package names
