I would seem to have similar problems: when I run the JBoss it would not seem to try on deploying the WAR file in server\default\deploy directory. There is deployer.bat command, but it is missing deployer.jar file and does not work with run.jar file either.
I would like to test this with 3.2.3, except I don't have it and it is not in the download directory.
