[JBoss-user] [Clustering/JBoss] - Re: Does JBoss Cluster HA_JNDI support this implementation

2005-10-22 Thread xiaogao
Thanks for the reply

So can I say that JBoss clustering only support LB plus failover but not single
failover. If I need some failover deployment like EJB HA-JNDI failover(exclude
LB), I have to leverage some Hardward solution (Router IP Forward/NAT), we can
not archieve that feature within JBoss. Am I right?

Thanks

[JBoss-user] [Clustering/JBoss] - Does JBoss Cluster HA_JNDI support this implementation

2005-10-18 Thread xiaogao
Hi,

We have a 2 node (JBoss 3.2.7 instance) clustering. We want make this
clustering only failover not load balancing. For example, All the incoming
requests will go to Node A only and won't go to NodeB until Node A crash.

We can implement JK to make web client work like this but how to configure
JBoss to make RMI users lookup HA-JNDI at NodeA only not NodeB until NodeA
crash.

Thanks
XG
