Look at bug 909473, if it might be the same as your problem (at least same subject :). 
In that case, Stark is looking into it. Apparantly an Ant problem...

I'm still having the same problem, but I found a bug report where I also posted my 
problem. It's bug [ 877172 ] NullPointerException in LoadMgr3 on SourceForge. I think 
the bug is the same as my problem, so can somebody tell me if this is solved or how to 
solve it?

Does setting
UseJBossClassloader to false in jbossweb-tomcat41.sar/META-INF/jboss-service.xml
to false fix the problem?

I would like to try your solution but there's no UseJBossClassloader in the file you 
mention. Can you be more specific? Maybe it's default set to true, so where do I've to 
set it then?
