I put the following JARs in the WebLogic startup classpath (switched to JBoss Cache 1.1.1 as that is what ships with Hibernate 2.1.8):
| c:\lib\commons-logging-1.0.4.jar;c:\lib\concurrent-1.3.3.jar;c:\lib\jboss-cache-1.1.1.jar;c:\lib\jboss-common-4.0.0.jar;c:\lib\jboss-jmx-4.0.0.jar;c:\lib\jboss-system-4.0.0.jar;c:\lib\jgroups-2.2.7.jar;c:\lib\log4j-1.2.8.jar | Unfortunately, I am now experiencing the known ClassLoader issue after redeploying (Start | Stop) my app within the WebLogic console: http://docs.jboss.org/jbcache/current/faq/html/#d0e395 The docs mention a serialization work-around, however this is not feasible as Hibernate has complete control over the cache implementation. Are there any plans to eliminate the dependency of JBoss Cache on being loaded by the system classloader?
