You can of define more than one in webservices.xml. Each represents an endpoint associated with a WSDL service. The server side WSDL should not contain multiple service elements. Yes, I think you are correct. As long as we can uniquely identify the wsdl:port that contains the endpoint address we should be able to modify the address.
