If you had used search, you'd know I've lamented not being able to improve
this error message because of the stupid design of the XAResource interface
that only lets the transaction manager return a boolean for sucess/failure.
In fact, the latest version has the following message, to try to avoid this FAQ:
Unable to enlist resource, see the previous warnings.
You'd also know that it is usually caused because the transaction being marked
for rollback.
Why didn't you use READ THIS FIRST at the top of this forum

to help you debug/TRACE this problem.
Or at least provide us with some information about what IT IS DOING
rather than what you THINK it is doing.
