The build script generates a nukes.ear FILE Just do a build.bat deploy-all from the nukes/build directory and all the files will be correctly copied. i looked at the error log and it says that it can't find a method in the bcel.jar. most likely there is some jar file in your jre endorsed directory that is conflicting w/ the jboss version. Thanks a lot for your help. I built nukes from cvs, but still got the exceptions related to bcel.jar. I found the solution for this problem in the wiki (NukesDeploymentErrors). It's looking very well now.
