Re: [JBoss-user] CVS Tag for 3.2beta

2002-09-20 Thread Guy Rouillier

I found it (using WinCvs) by right-clicking on any random file, and
graphing. You'll be able to pick it our pretty readily doing a visual scan.
I think it is JBoss_3_2_0_1, but Im not at the right computer at the
moment.

 Apologies for the silly question
Could some one tell me what is the CVS tag
 for the 3.2 beta.

 Many thanks

Re: [JBoss-user] CVS Tag for 3.2beta

2002-09-20 Thread Scott M Stark

A release binary always tells you the CVS tag that was used to build it:

bin 117run.sh
...
14:57:38,871 INFO [Server] Starting JBoss (MX MicroKernel)...
14:57:38,871 INFO [Server] Release ID: JBoss [WonderLand] 3.2.0beta (build:
JBoss_3_2_0_beta 200209161335)

The tag is the first part after the (build: ...), so here JBoss_3_2_0_beta

Re: [JBoss-user] CVS Tag for 3.2beta

2002-09-20 Thread Jason Essington

You could go to browse the sourceforge cvs repository at
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/jboss/
and once you click on a folder (module) the bottom of the resulting
page has a select box that lists all the available tags.
