Hello, Thanks for your help. I understand well how web.xml uses <!DOCTYPE ... and the fact that it's better not calling a DTD outside if we need to go through a proxy. The easiest is to delete this line if it is not needed to check it's a valid XML. Nevertheless, I would still like to know how to access a DTD outside by configuring the proxy.
