JDEE and emacs-wiki
Hi! I'm a long-time user of JDEE, and I've just downloaded emacs-wiki.el When I first called 'emacs-wiki-find-file', I got an error. So I launched XEmacs with -vanilla, and tried again. No error this time. So I commented out all of my .emacs and began uncommenting line-by-line to find where the problem was. To my surprise, it is caused by JDEE! I can use emacs-wiki ok, but when I (require 'jde), I get the following error: (warning/warning) Error caught in `font-lock-pre-idle-hook': (wrong-number-of-arguments line-beginning-position 1) Is anyone able to use emacs-wiki with jde require'd? -- []'s Daniel Serodio
problem installing jde
I have followed all the directions and loaded all the supporting packages. However when I launch emacs I get the following message File error: Cannot open load file, avltree I don't get any error if I comment out require jde in my init file. I'm trying to install on windows xp. Thanks.

RE: Does JDE work for the latest version of XEmacs for Windows XP?
It should do. I spent a lot of time making sure it does. You probably want to use the JDE package that's bundled with XEmacs. andy -Original Message-From: Justin Gordon [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]Sent: Saturday, October 26, 2002 2:36 PMTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]Subject: Does JDE work for the latest version of XEmacs for Windows XP? --Justin Gordon[EMAIL PROTECTED]415-771-7873 H415 269-6343 M
