[JDEV] register namespace mandatory ?
Hello Jdev, I am writing a service agent for the Jabber server. I am testing it using winjab 1.1. I notice that upon winjab loading the jabber browser window, my agent's namespaces get listed correctly, with the additional inclusion of jabber:iq:register - is it mandatory to handle this namespace for a component? registration *might* not be necessary for this component in its early versions. mmmh. - Federico ___ jdev mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mailman.jabber.org/listinfo/jdev
Re: [JDEV] register namespace mandatory ?
I don't believe handling the register nemespace is mandatory. Can somebody back me up on this? Re: [JDEV] register namespace mandatory ?
Right, and the only reason it should show up is if it is listed in the browse information. --temas On Mon, 2002-04-29 at 09:24, DJ Adams wrote: On Mon, Apr 29, 2002 at 09:14:40AM -0400, Dave wrote: I don't believe handling the register nemespace is mandatory. Re: [JDEV] register namespace mandatory ?
Thank you all . So I suspected. I am assuming it is a bug in winjab (or in my component), then. thanks for the input -F - Original Message - From: DJ Adams [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, April 29, 2002 10:24 Subject: Re: [JDEV] register namespace mandatory ?
