Spec has been checked in.Have at it. Please read README.odt!! Some glitches 
remain:
- Blank page 1
- Appendices continue chapter numbering rather than switching to letter names.
- Some headings have numbers appended to them. These are easily found and 
removed by creating pdf and scanning the bookmarks, then editing the chapter 
file. I haven't done that yet.
- Some images have migrated away from their captions.

I had trouble with header and footer text disappearing after some changes to 
the template. Fortunately, it's easy to restore.

The problem with autonumbering of section headings is fixed.

Spec writers should download Apache Open Office 3.4 from 
http://www.openoffice.org/download/ and then download and install the Template 
Changer extension 
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/templatechanger in case you 
need to make style changes to the template.
