What we would like is for the db-jdo-site to reflect exactly what will be 
published, and after we are happy with the site, "push the button" to publish 
the site to db.apache.org/jdo/index.html

4. JDO 3.1: Need to go through change lists in JIRA for 3.1 RC1 and 3.1 to 
prepare JCP Change Log

Michael updated the JDO root POM to change the scm entry from svn to gitbox. 
This is needed for our migration from svn to gitbox.
