We already maintain LTS releases as part of https://jenkins.io/event-calendar/ 
but only add new entries once we know the baseline -- for Dec through Feb, that 
would be in two weeks.

https://jenkins.io/download/lts/ or a similar page? Then others can get the 
benefit of this? Happy to open a PR if that's the right page where to 
include those details.
