We also noticed an increase in thread count following a jenkins update last month, after applying 1.19 a and doing a thread dump, most of the threads in WAITING state are named {color:#cc3300}EventDispatcher.retryProcessor : {color}!image-2019-08-05-17-17-46-130.png|thumbnail! !thread-dump-ft.png|thumbnail!
