Hey Naresh Rayapati, thanks for your help. I updated to 1.5.4 and changed back to OAuth without any problems.

Hey Naresh Rayapati, glad to hear from you. I tried the following:

Update the Plugin to 1.5.3
Restart Jenkins
Delete the application link in Jira
Create a new application link in Jira with new keys
Deleted the Jira-Site in Jenkins
Created a new Jira-Site with the new keys
But even after recreating everything i still get the exact same error. I switched back to Basic Authentication for now.

You can use the hpi published by this PR: https://github.com/jenkinsci/bitbucket-branch-source-plugin/pull/294 HPI: https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/incrementals/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/cloudbees-bitbucket-branch-source/2.7.1-rc629.f242e60a14b4/ It falls back to heavyweight checkout, but at least PRs can be build with Bitbucket >= 7.x
