The project files now support relative paths, both in reference to the files and include paths in the analyser personalities. Which version of the tool are you using? There is however a plugin called 'Flexible Publish Plugin' which allows you to run Post Build tasks in a particular order. I don't think you need to worry about temporary files - in a sense every file left on the Slave after a build is a temporary file and there are ways of managing the slaves. QAW is a windows zip archive which you need to unzip somewhere (I suggest under the existing PRQA directory). QAR has a normal windows installer. Once installed you need to add the paths to these programs (for example C:\PRQA\qaw-2.3.2;c:\PRQA\QAR-1.2\bin ) to the path of the environment where Jenkins runs. Please let me know how you get on.
