[JIRA] (JENKINS-53261) Blue ocean should handle non-encoded URLs for jobs in folders
Title: Message Title Robert Scholte commented on JENKINS-53261 Re: Blue ocean should handle non-encoded URLs for jobs in folders It looks like some browsers like Chrome think they are smart and they replace the %2F with a / making it an URL blue ocean doesn't expect. I kind of understand why Chrome might do this, but it doesn't help us here. Consider using a more safe separator (maybe configurable) Add Comment This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v7.11.2#711002-sha1:fdc329d) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Jenkins Issues" group. [JIRA] (JENKINS-53934) Support ListViewColumn to display status of 'master'-branch in subview
Title: Message Title Robert Scholte created an issue Jenkins / JENKINS-53934 Support ListViewColumn to display status of 'master'-branch in subview Issue Type: New Feature Assignee: Unassigned Components: core Created: 2018-10-07 20:13 Priority: Minor Reporter: Robert Scholte The view of https://builds.apache.org/job/maven-box/ contains a huge number of subprojects and branches. It is quite hard to see which 'master'-branches are unstable and require immediate action, because accepting pull request should only be done if the master is stable. The proposal is to have a new column in the mentioned view which shows the current status of the master-branch. Add Comment
[JIRA] (JENKINS-12184) role management or view configuration leads to server Error 500, and the configuration works in memory but not in Jenkins's config.xml
Robert Scholte commented on JENKINS-12184 role management or view configuration leads to server Error 500, and the configuration works in memory but not in Jenkins's config.xml I had trouble with the Artifactory-plugin. I tried to upgrade but kept the issues. Jenkins complained about incompatible configuration and even discarding didn't help. So I decided to remove the plugin. And still the issue above remained. As mentioned above, apart from the exception everything looks fine. But that data seems to be kept in memory, because a restart removed all the roles. [Workaround] Find the config.xml and search for unwanted permissions ( permissions related to a plugin you've removed) and remove these. Next restart Jenkins.
