In this case it would be nice if jenkins would retry to download the plugin. Current behaviour: Throws an error for the single plugin, wants a restart before being able to try to update the plugin again. Improved behaviour: Same behaviour as was implemented in JENKINS-33244. After a failed download retry for 3 times or give an option to retry without needing to actually restart jenkins. Add Comment
