 We work on a hosted Jenkins system in which we have no access to the underlying filesystem or config. We cannot update OS-level Git credentials - and so the SCM sync plugin simply doesn't work. I'm seeing this on a different host than Bitbucket - namely IBM's DevOps Services Git hosting.
The URLs for this look something like https://email%40domain.tld:passw...@hub.jazz.net/git/blah/blah
