Steps to reproduce: create a new project select CVS for SCM set the required values for CVSROOT, password (if needed), project try to save It is currently impossible to create a new CVS project. It is even impossible to change the source code management. This is a blocker, it is more than critical. In pipeline jobs exists a link "Pipeline Syntax" (sorry when I translate it not correctly, I've a German user interface). The link points to {Jenkins-URL}/job/{job}/pipeline-syntax. This is cauling a error. The link should go to {Jenkins-URL}/pipeline-syntax This link is working.
