We are still facing same issue with Jenkins 2.176.2. Is there anything that we need to do? Weird thing in a multibranch one of my development branch options {timestamps()} it works fine. but same repo with a new branch created from the clone of development branch it is failing.

After setting the PATH_MAX = 0 the issue with long path has been resolved. I am still having issues with / as my branch name is release/1.0.0. Is there a solution for this problem? I have to manually set security to false in Jenkins.xml and then restart to get back to the normal screen. Not sure why there is such behavior when the connection to the AD is lost. Also once I restart without security and put back the same AD hostname and port. Everything is normal.
