Creating new build jobs is done programmatically. We are planning on using the PostBuildScript plugin soon and we have updated our job creation code to insert the appropriate configuration into each job. However, if we every want to change any PBS settings (like adding another script or changing the path of a script), we would have to go update all existing jobs.
