Description:


There is a plugin https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/SCM+Sync+configuration+plugin which can save all cfg changes to scm but it can't show trhe history , diff adn restore like this plugin does.
I created a request for this here: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-14841

It would be cool if both plugins make use of each other or even merge together, either using local file system or optionally scm to version the changes config files.
